В соответствии с действующим законодательством, юридические лица вправе осуществлять деятельность на внебиржевом рынке FOREX только с момента включения их в реестр форекс-компаний. В течение трех рабочих дней с момента выдачи свидетельства о включении в реестр, «СТФ Капитал» должно перечислить взнос в размере не менее $55 тысяч в гарантийный фонд, формируемый Национальным форекс-центром.
Кроме того, новоявленный брокер должен пройти проверку программного обеспечения на предмет его соответствия установленным Национальным банком требованиям. «STForex» стала уже седьмой компанией, получившей разрешение от местный властей на осуществление в стране деятельности FOREX-дилера.
